The Diocese of Fall River has established a comprehensive Policy for Sexual Abuse by clergy, lay volunteers, and employees of the diocese. Copies of this policy are available upon request at the rectory.

    All adults (18 and over) who volunteer their time with minor children are required to participate in a one-time Sexual Abuse Prevention Workshop. These programs are scheduled regularly throughout the diocese. Schedules will be made available to all prospective volunteers. A Criminal Offense Records Investigation (CORI) is also mandated and is a condition for volunteering with children or employment in the diocese.
